FAQ's

Processing Time: 2 business days from date of purchase. 

Shipping: We ship out orders every Friday, so if you placed an order on Thursday it will ship out the following Friday.  (We are working to have items shipped and process 4-5 business day from date of purchase.)

Pickup at location: We currently do not offer this option but look forward to it in the near future.

Don't see a bitz/charm on our website, though seen it on our Instagram catalog: You may dm on instagram, or contact us via email, and we can work with adding your desired product to your online order.   https://mzticalboutique.com/pages/contact

Damaged Item- Mzticalboutique holds a high standard of quality items with various checks before shipment is sent out. If an Item is damaged along the way, or there is another issue. Please contact us to review packaged order and our team will get a solution out to you. WE are not responsible for any damaged or packages that get lost through our mail carriers. WE will look into your case and make a review if an exchange needs to be made. (Shipping costs will be applied to the customer if anything needs to be resent or sent back.)

Small Business: We are a small business with currently one person running all orders, so please take note we will try our best to meet our standards in supplying quality, efficient products, with our best turn around time.
